Nestor and his team at NRG Property Services did an amazing job remodeling my home. They worked together with my architect to add a new kitchen , guest suite and increase the size of my master bedroom and add a poolside patio. Additionally, we gutted all existing spaces to modernize the electrical and fixtures. I couldn’t have been happier. They stuck to the time schedule and communicated well. Their work was top notch and I am extremely satisfied with it. I could t have asked for a better team.

Nestor and his crew executed our extensive remodel in Rancho Mirage. The work is of excellent quality and done within the budget, except for change orders that were necessary when the structure was opened up. He and his crew are trustworthy, respectful of one’s property and always attentive to details. Amazing! Great quality, fair price and easy to work with. I had Nestor and his team remodel my ENTIRE home. Kitchen, 3 bedrooms & 3 baths. I own my own business and am a type A personality. I give my clients the best and I expect the same from whoever i give my business to.Not only was the price fair but the quality is amazing. I saw his team on their hands and knees with glasses on looking at the baseboards to make sure they were done right. It was done on time too! We asked if they could make changes or do additions and those requests were met with a sure! They were always happy and that's super helpful.It's very stressful to remodel your home but Nestor has an ability to be calm, get things done and was able to keep the mood light.Honestly, if you are looking for someone to do a project for you. We had a remodel that involved turning a bar and walk-in closet into a den/bedroom/office space. Nestor's vision and solution-oriented plan gave us a space that exceeded expectations- he was able to give us ceiling height, unexpected details and incorporate some challenging antique doors into the room. NRG removed ancient wallpaper, retextured walls to match and painted our entire home, installed skylights, entry doors, electrical... all with an attention to detail and quick fixes when needed. Nestor is also kind of hilarious and a pleasure to work with! Again...the BEST.

I highly recommend NRG Properties for your remodeling.I had seen Nestors work at my friends home and definitely wanted to use his services. I needed my masterbath remodeled which entailed removing old shower and tub, moving a wall, adding a pony wall,dry walling, refinishing cabinets, removing and replacing new tile floors and then putting in a large spa shower, toilet, and bathroom fixtures & lights. My laundry also received a redo with refinished & stained cabinets, new sink, and drywall. Nestor was a great help in my decision process and his team of professional craftsman were great. They were all experienced tradesmen, polite, and made sure the work area was always clean & tidy when they left for the day.I love my beautiful new bathroom spa and updated laundry. Nestor and his crew were fabulous to work with. The were considerate and neat, respectful of my home. It was a stressful situation as my bathroom flooded. They gave me an estimate which they stuck too and consulted on all purchases I had to make. I would definitely recommend Nestor and will use them again.

The finished product turned out great. The only downside was that Nestor originally underestimated the amount of time it would take to complete. It went quite a bit longer. However, he made no excuses. Throughout the project he was honest and straight-forward with us. His level of customer service and concern for our satisfaction was unsurpassed and more than made up for the extra time. I've worked with many contractors on various projects over the years. This is the first time that I still have positive feelings about one after everything's done. I'd hire him again in a minute!

I would certainly use NRG again. The work was done to a high quality and if there were any issues, they were dealt with on a timely basis. Hector made himself available when needed and was a pleasure to deal with.
